How to apply for admission
- Review the Academic Catalog and Student Handbook for academy policies and course details. Basic course topics include techniques used in polygraph or physiological detection of deception (PDD), instrumentation training, legal considerations, psychology and physiology.
- Choose a session to attend a Basic Polygraph Course and/or Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) course.
- Note that the Basic Course and PCSOT course are included in one price so that students who take and pass the Basic Course can attend the PCSOT course for no additional cost.
- Students may purchase a polygraph instrument with training at a reduced cost by choosing the Bundle.
- Examiners who passed a Basic course previously may register for PCSOT as a separate course.
- Review California BPPE information.
